A special focus on pelvic health.

This course includes a special focus on breath, pelvic health and the systems that make female bodies unique learn exercises such as squats, deadlifts, and other weighted exercises using gym equipment to build overall strength, improve bone density, and increase metabolic rate.

Designed with you in mind.

This course will help you avoid injury, gain confidence, and leave you with a keen sense of how to lift weights safely and progressively anywhere you go. Designed specifically with you in mind for building strength in a female body.

You’ll have the opportunity to learn and ask questions in this uniquely supportive hands on environment.

INTRODUCTORY COURSE

Advanced Training.

Take all that you’ve learned in the 4 Week Introductory Course and apply it to increase bone density, develop strength, and build your core.

4 Weeks

Choose ONE:

Tuesdays 3:30 - 5 pm

Wednesday 1 - 2:30 pm

Wednesday 6 - 7:30 pm

This advanced training will include cardio, core, pelvic health, breath, gym equipment, deadlifts, box jumps, pull ups, and more.
