Weightlifting for the Female body Introductory course
This dynamic 4 week course is available in person only at the Gabriola Fitness Centre. Designed specifically for the female body with a special focus on pelvic health, alignment, and form. Explore exercises such as squats, deadlifts, and other weighted exercises using gym equipment to build overall strength, improve bone density, and increase metabolic rate.
